The training, which drew participants from various sectors across Madhya Pradesh, focused on three core pillars: Professional Ethics, Digital Literacy, and Operational Excellence. Over the course of five days, the curriculum covered:

• Day 1: Cultural Integration & Vision – An introduction to organizational values and the “Citizen-First” mindset, echoing the spirit of the Rashtriya Karmyogi initiatives.

• Day 2: Soft Skills & Communication – Specialized workshops on effective workplace communication and conflict resolution.

• Day 3: Digital Transformation – Hands-on sessions on AI tools, cyber security awareness, and the latest government e-portals.

• Day 4: Policy & Compliance – Deep dives into administrative procedures, noting, drafting, and RTI compliance.
